"I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I really needed to comment on this hotel. From now on anytime I come to Times Square, I will stay at this hotel. The room, the lobby, the restaurant, the bar…. Everything was amazing. The property was so clean. The room is immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Times Square. Easy 10 out of 10."

"Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"Absolutely ideal location in the theater district. The hotel lobby and the rooms are charming, a little bit funky (in a good way) and don’t have a “chain hotel” vibe. An excellent, non-buffet breakfast was included at a delightful restaurant that is immediately proximate to the lobby. The staff were warm, helpful, receptive, and personable. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"Hotel was spotless. Very well located. Very attentive staff throughout! Good size rooms, modern bathroom with great shower. The bedding was very comfortable. All in all great choice to stay in Times Square! The only caveat is the breakfast: the only available option feels like a fast food chain. Other than that, everything was great! Would highly recommend!"

"The perfect little room for our NYC adventure! Room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was large for NYC and the shower always had HOT water! Staff was friendly. Check in and out was so easy. And you can't beat the location. About a 5 min walk to the nearest station but you get to experience Radio City Music Hall and 30 Rock up close! HIGHLY recommend and will be staying here again! "

"Room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been best if I was told the hotel was under renovation as there were workers making noise in my window at 8am. I changed rooms and then was able to sleep. Staff was helpful in finding a new room and gave me a late check out to compensate for the noise. Very convenient location. Was able to walk to every meeting and the hotel is centrally located in Times Square."
