"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not up to standard. During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower. "This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful. "Great variety in choices for breakfast. I did not like it when you have to eat all at the same time and family member can’t follow. Bathroom clean but not plastic liner in the garbage. Some housekeepers don’t know how to speak English and can’t answer when asked."

Location was close to St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller, and flagship stores (NBA, Hoka, etc.). Central Park was a 15-minute walk. Overall I would definitely stay here again."
