"The property was great. Central to Times Square. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and access to Bar Lola (15% discount.) It was a rainy stay so we liked that we could go next door for a nice meal in a swanky atmosphere. It was delicious, and their staff was great as well."

"I’ve been to New York 2 times now and this hotel was amazing. The rooftop bar was very classy. I loved it. The staff were stupendous. Especially the cleaning staff. They did a thorough job making sure we were comfortable and felt revived each day. The only thing I did not love was evacuating because the fire alarm went off but that’s okay. It didn’t hold us up too much."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"My only gripe was difficulty accessing the Blink Fitness location next door - access code on a printed piece of paper, too many digits to input, and even after following instructions to the letter, I still could not get in. The concierge tried, too, several times on my phone, and it didn't work for him either. He admitted that the current access method does not work for many guests. Would I stay there again? Yes. But I'd check the gym situation before booking. Or look on the app PureGym."
