"Room was very clean, excellent price, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Check-in/check-out was super easy and fast. Location was great—near major theme parks, shopping, yummy restaurants, and World Food Trucks! We really enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast. They had eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, various bread/pastries, juice, and coffee. It was yummy and gave us a great start to our day."

"Amazing staff"

"The room was amazing. The decor was updated and the space was perfect. The little market was right across the street which was super convenient. We didn’t use any of the facilities but what we did use was fantastic. My only criticism would be that We checked in at around 5:30 and the people working seemed like they were ready to get home, and the cleaning service came in the second day but didn’t pick up trash (pizza boxes, water bottles, big items)."

"Community microwave you had to walk to no elevator and was on 2nd floor had to drag my luggage up stairs at 69 yrs old ice machines to far from back building then you get there they charge a 136 dollar resort fee for what a room just like a cheap hotel don't go there unless you want to walk to everything breakfast 6 to 9 better get up awful early just very disappointed at my stay"

"If you are used to high end accommodations this resport is not for you. The rooms are partially updated and could be cleaner. We aren't fancy people so it was fine for us. The kids loved the pools and slides. Liked the laid back vibe and the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was great! Walking distance (3 mins) to Caribe Royale which was where conference was, very convenient. Room was nice, large, with separate living room area that could be closed off with pull out couch and tv. Bed was comfy. Clean. Only thing is, the water from faucet smelled so bad!! Idk why but it smelled like sulfur and feet. It was awful. CVS across the street, as well as an Indian restaurant, but that’s it really. No other food places in walk-in distance. Pizza in lobby but didn’t try it. Still a great hotel. "
