Wish it had more direction signs for front desk, and activities. The unit we were in was run down and our screen door was broke When we tried to use the slides and lazy river on our one day to enjoy the pool (reason we book) it was closed for painting so very unhappy about that. Will book again all around clean and people are nice

When we came in the sheets on the bed were dirty we went to the front desk and we were given new sheets and some coupons to redeem around the resort the front desk clerk was excellent. The floor is in the condo were dirty. I got a wet towel and wiped around the floors. Do not expect your floors to be washed when you are coming in. They are vacuumed ,new laminate flooring. Unfortunately, the last night we were there they were fixing the place up, which is fantastic, but we heard them working with drills and saws past 2 o’clock in the morning and we had to leave for our flight so that kind of sucked but at the same time, they were putting new plants and painting, and they put in a couple of extra things around the lazy river, and it looked really nice.
