"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was the condition of the arcade area. There was visible black mold, holes in the walls, caution tape, and safety cones throughout the space. For an area designed for families and children, it looked neglected and poorly maintained. We took photos because we were genuinely shocked by what we saw. Our room also had maintenance issues. The bathtub was backed up and never drained properly, leaving standing water after every shower. This is a basic issue that should have been addressed before the room was rented to guests. Customer service at the pool was equally disappointing. There appeared to be only one employee working, and the first thing we heard her say was, “Let me finish my breakfast first,” while guests were waiting for assistance. Throughout our stay, she seemed more focused on taking breaks than helping guests, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I do want to recognize the employees who provided great service. The woman working at the convenience store next to the arcade was friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time we interacted with her. The Pizza Hut staff were also courteous, professional, and pleasant. Unfortunately, the positive interactions with those employees could not outweigh the maintenance issues and poor customer service elsewhere on the property. Management needs to address these concerns immediately, especially the mold and overall condition of the arcade area."

"We were attending a week of activities for our nephew's wedding. We spent time at the parks, resort hotels for meals and the wedding reception and a day with family at their home. The Embassy Suites was a convenient location for all of our activities. Even though there seemed to be a lot of school groups at the hotel, the only time you really saw or heard them was at breakfast. I must commend the people that worked the breakfast. They were constantly working and very friendly to everyone. Happy hour staff were also great. The only problem I had during our stay, was trying to purchase Disney tickets through the hotel. The first day I kept checking back with them because they said I had to wait for the one employee in charge of that to return. When they did get back, they told me they would call me when they were able to get my tickets. Hours later they said the system was down so I finally gave up. The next day a different employee tried to help me and they were also unsuccessful. So, I wouldn't recommend trying to purchase your park tickets at the front desk. I enjoy staying at hotels at the park, but the price you get at Embassy compared to a Disney resort hotel is quite a savings. I would stay here again."

"Was looking at a hotel for a hotel that night with hotels.com. It said 'other hotels you may be interested in' with a cheaper price with Magic Key listed. So I booked it about an hour before arriving. When I got to the hotel, a man named Dan was at the front desk. I learned the website defaulted to a future date that had a cheaper stay. The hotel was very stern on no refunds and no refund back through hotels.com. I decided to try them one more time recently on a different trip due to the cost with my daughter to swim at the pool. As a last-minute decision, I booked the stay when I pulled into the parking lot. Went into the hotel. The same guy (Dan) was there. There was a type-written sign was up in the window stating they just started remodeling their pool and it was down until mid-July. There was no mention of this on the website (see pictures). I told him to hold on before he processed the reservation, because I had booked to do a pool get-away with my daughter. I simply shrugged and said thats up to hotels.com to refund the money. Hotels.com did not refund the money. Never again."
