"VIRKELIG et skønt hotel i det hyggelige Asakusa kvarter. Hotellet er indrettet i en smuk Japandi stil, men med alt hvad man behøver. Meget cool med alt kunsten også. Personalet var så søde og imødekommende, og meget hjælpsomme til at få vores bagage sendt videre til det næste hotel. Hotellet ligger også tæt på Sky tree og Senso-Ji templet. "

"This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo"

"This is the perfect spot for a solo traveler! It is near the metro stations, 7-11, McDonalds, and more. It is not a busy area, so it is more quiet which I like. Everything is super clean and the staff are all nice. Easy process for everything. Very happy with my stay"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."

"Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel! "

"This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again"
