"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"

"The room was beautiful, spacious, and an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. It was conveniently located within a few minutes walk of Shin-Osaka Station. We would definitely stay there again. "
"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. There are water refill stations conveniently located in the hotel. The location is very close to the metro station. There is shopping, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. "
"The hotel as many reviews mentioned is dated. You could tell that it’s an old hotel. However, it is still very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were there for only a night, and I was expecting a parcel. They tried their hardest to help me out despite the language barrier.
Downsides are that the beds are really hard. Both my sister and I woke up with backaches. Location wise - it is very near the East Gate/Exit of shin-Osaka station, so if you are taking the Shinkansen , highly recommend here as there is a lift at this exit. Having said that, the nearest convenience store is also near the station exit.
Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the breakfast so can’t comment on that "
