屋上露天の大浴場はゆったりとそれなりの高級感がある一方で、ごく普通のビジネスユーズも可能な価格設定、商業ビルの併設なので、スーパーマーケットで買い物ができる便利さも良い。あと、朝食が美味しく、グルメではないが、健康的で、眺めのいい落ち着いた場所で気分が良かった。部屋着の着心地が良い。

岸辺駅ほぼ直結でアクセスがよく、下が小ぶりのショッピングモールになので飲食店やセブンイレブン、セリアもあって生活用品には困りませんでした。施設はとても綺麗だし、なにより大浴場は露天風呂とサウナ、水風呂があって最高でした。
