The hotel is modern and walking distance to Shin-Osaka station. Nice staying slightly away from the madness of the city. Breakfast and all the staff were fantastic. Smooth check in process. Recommend if have family paying for the larger rooms for space & comfort.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. It was conveniently located within a few minutes walk of Shin-Osaka Station. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was a bit small for a family of 3 but it was clean. They have a pretty good size room for all you can drink, including soda and coffee, for free. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad and had a good selection. I would recommend for what they offer with the asking price tag of about $130/night.

This is our second time to stay here and all my family members like this hotel, especially the third floor’s free drink service area. The daily room cleaning, the free water bottles provided in the entrance area, the high efficiency of the hotel staff’s check in out processes, the convenient location of the hotel (nearby JR and metro station) etc are the advantages of the hotel which will definitely attract us to come again for stay in next visit to Osaka. 15 minute walk to Shin-Ōsaka station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Breakfast is excellent but expensive so only had one time. Our room 2002 had a washer & dryer laundry machine which was very convenient but took 4 hours per load. Ask front desk for laundry powder free.
