"I can't believe how cheap this hotel was for what we got. Literally steps away from the front gates of Universal Studios made it so convenient for our 1.5 day park visit. The room was very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower was the best I've ever used in my life. I would definitely stay here again for another USJ trip."

"You are definitely paying for the location, as the hotel itself, though fancy looking, was pretty mid. The room felt cramped, definitely not as spacious as the photos made it look, but it was livable. The toilet and bathroom also felt cramped, and the water pressure in the shower drops every time someone on the floor flushes a toilet. But it was overall fine. Laundry room had combo washer/dryers, which was convenient, and the price to use them was pretty cheap. Two elevators are required to get to the rooms, one from the ground floor to the lobby and then another up to the rooms, and the elevators to the rooms need the key card to use, which is a bit of a pain but I understand the need for heightened security since the hotel is in a mall and perhaps more easily accessible by non-guests. The central location really was fantastic, though. Literally across the street from Osaka Station (connected by a pedestrian bridge, even), and right in the heart of the city. Having the Umeda Links mall in the same building was very handy, too."

"We stayed in a Spacios room. It is one of the beat rooma for a family. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes. Short walk or train ride to USJ."
