Hotel Dekat Taman Chiswick

"Excellent place to visit great rooms and customer service, the rooms are clean and staff are very friendly."

"Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast service, highly recommend it. Clean room and great location."

"Not bad, not great. The room was a bit dirty at my arrival but not overly. The balcony is not a balcony. Just an extra space in the room with big windows facing apartments. There should be another layer of curtains (sheer ones), so you can let the sunlight in and have privacy. No room service. No big deal as I’m a tidy person but I was surprised."

"Great experience."

"Would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock again. Great location, rooms are clean. The staff and amenities were very good."

"The hotel was fine, but the extras are a complete rip-off and the reason for the bad experience. It was around £90 for a windowless basement room and they wanted an extra £15 for parking and £20 for breakfast. Parking at least should come with a room or be more reasonably priced. Parking down the side roads was free from 9pm to 9am."

My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. Hammersmith is also such a...

"It was clean, quiet, and the desk attendant was very accommodating. A lot of sources advertise a pub in the hotel, but it is closed and has been for years. Not much of a negative, but just be aware. There is no card entry into the building. The desk attendant has to buzz you in. At first it was a little strange, but the extra level of security is probably a good thing, though the neighborhood was not at all threatening. It is very diverse though, so if that bothers you it is something to...
