"I had a very clean room with some issues such as the card holder being broken and the TV remote not changing channels but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me with getting these issues sorted and overall I had an excellent stay. If you're coming for a short stay this is the best affordable option. The bedding was soft and had little to no discomfort in the morning. Very close to the train station and extremely easy to access local stores to buy snacks or to visit...

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "
