"It's good for a quick night stay. Clean and neat. But no contact with staff. No good amenities. Couldn't get even a tooth paste. They just give you shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No moisturizer too."

"I think this deserves a 3.5 overall. There were some great things and some okay.
The positives:
The location is great. A mile to Heavenly Village, close to restaurants, etc. It was easy to drive anywhere.
The valet workers were great! If you aren't a HVC owner then you have to pay $30/night for valet parking. I knew this upfront. They have a simple system to text 15 minutes before you need your car and it was always ready for me within that 15 minutes. The workers worked hard and were always...

"The lake view from our second-floor room was beautiful, but unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a very noticeable smell of cooking oil and kitchen fumes from the restaurant downstairs, which made it uncomfortable to stay in.
There was also a wedding party next door, and the music was very loud until around 10:00 PM. Between the kitchen smell and the noise, it was difficult to relax and enjoy the room.
The view was nice, but based on this experience, I don’t think we...

"Was clean. Looked like fairly new remodel. Casino was decent. $20 parking a day bit much but I guess everywhere does it in Tahoe perhaps I'm too used to Reno which doesn't. Confusing getting from garage to checkin. Didn't eat here went to brews brothers in Harrah's and places in general area. Was just looking for casual dining, more upscale in casino. Don't touch minibar! Not sure if I'd stay again if in Tahoe."
