"I believe we had one of their best rooms with the large balcony overlooking the river. The size of the room was definitely larger than the others with two French doors leading to the balcony. The bathroom looks newly remodeled. Small shower, could use more than one towel bar and sink stopper to be able to fill sink with water. There is no AC in the hotel but they had a large Dyson fan. "Lovely hotel in the old city with beautiful view across Lake at Jesuit Church. Terrace restaurant food was good and view exceptional. Could easily walk to Chapel Bridge and tourist spots and good restaurants "

"From check in to check out we had friendly staff help us out, Nathalie in particular was wonderful. Our room was just what we needed and we loved our view. The breakfast was delicious and regularly tended to and refilled. I definitely recommend as Lucerne is very expensive! "

"L’accueil a été fantastique. La chambre était parfaite. L’air climatisée bienvenue pendant cette période caniculaire. Nous l’avons apprécié même si elle était un peu bruyante. Le restaurant boléro était correct sans plus. La paella était un peu décevante. J’ai aimé l’option de ne pas demander le nettoyage complet de la chambre chaque jour en échange de boissons gratuites au bar."
