"Beautiful little bed and breakfast! Very homey and nice. Staff was so kind and warm! We had to leave before breakfast, and they sent us off with some pastries and juice. It’s a lot of walking to get to the top where the place is located, but that’s not their fault, so don’t want to take away stars for that - just want others to be informed :) (there is a bus that can take you down, but it was closed for holiday while I was there) Definitely worth the stay, and if I’m ever in Interlaken again,...

"Parking on the premises; I always like such convenience a lot, especially in Switzerland. It is a family run small hotel, so not much fancy shmancy infrastructure there. But the family rooms are big, very well equipped and even have some separation. Also, our family room allowed us direct access to the terrace on the back side of the hotel and the garden, which is super nice and sunny. The breakfast is small but seriously amazing, loved it. "Pros - Check in staff was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Location was perfect. Cons - WiFi was super weak. Room was doused with perfume, including on the drapes and bedding. I am highly allergic to perfume. Cleaning person said to open the windows. We did that and left the room air out while we were out. It didn’t help. When I called the front desk to ask for non perfumed bedding so I could sleep they said they couldn’t help me because cleaning is subcontracted out and they don’t have...

"We (a couple from US) had an excellent stay at this mountain lodge in Sedrun. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Dinner was well prepared, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hosts made the experience stand out. They were friendly, welcoming, and took time to share helpful information about the area, which made planning our days easy. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations.
