"The room would have been decent if it weren’t for the leaking air conditioning, broken door handle, lack of WiFi and no curtains. There is no reception or help available at the property, and to get in contact with the host you need to call a Swiss number (which simply is not possible with my phone plan and would have been expensive either way). Upon talking to some other guests, the WiFi had been out of service for multiple days. Would not recommend."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."

"La ubicación es buena, sin embargo las fotos del lugar no coinciden del todo con las habitaciones, seleccione una habitacion amplia segun la descripción y con buena iluminación y me dieron una habitación pequeña sin aire acondicionado y en temporada de verano fue imposible dormir sólo con un ventilador. Cuando llegue a realizar el check in aun no terminaban de limpiar mi habitación y tuve que esperar cerca de 45 minutos para que me entregaran."

"Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer. Das Beste - Badezimmer und Betten. Noch nie so bequem und günstig kurz vor der Hauptsaison am Lago Maggiore übernachtet....
