"Nice looking hotel when we drove in, but… When we checked in and asked for the table for dinner there was no availability in any of the restaurants. So we had to go and eat outside of the hotel. We were only given one room key which made it difficult as it authorised the lift and the electric in the room. "We had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. Beautiful area, walking distance to the esplanade is a just across the street. This hotel is just out of the busy tourist area which we loved. "Excellent choice for Lucerne. It was right in the old part of town in a beautiful spot. Around the corner were excellent restaurants with waterside seating. We were able to sit without a reservation but made a reservation for the following night at another spot no problem. Excellent service and a very spacious room. Highly recommend. "
