"We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub. "Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"The Chalet is not in the place hotels.com stated it was. I based my choice upon distance to the ski area. Your website states its a 9 minute walk to the ski lift. In actuality it was a 20 minute drive. The information on your site was contradicting and turns out I had to pay the the owner directly at an additional 500 swiss francs. Chalet was beautiful and clean. Owner was very kind and understanding. Location was just wrong for us. We were a total of 5 with dog. The chalet was 150 meters...

"Das Chalet Alpoase liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Um die Ecke hat es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen. Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. Die Vorgänger hatten sehr wahrscheinlich einen Hund. Beanstandungspunkte wurden speditiv und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt."
