"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"The staff was exceptional. Feana, I may have name misspelled ,was so kind. Showed us rooms beforehand and ended up upgrading our room at no additional cost. Convenient to tram, felt very safe walking out and about. Cafe and bar restaurant provided great service and food at reasonable prices. Would stay here a 100 times!"

"It was an awesome experience. I had an amazing stay here back in April when I visited London. Really nice and cozy room, free water and the most welcoming and nice staff! The best thing was being within walking distance of London Bridge and next to everything important! I will surely come back! "

"The rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. We had drinks and dinner at Charlie’s where the bartender, Malav, took great care of us. Breakfast had a lot of options which was nice - at the helm of it all was Teejay at the front desk, he was extremely helpful with any of our needs as well as extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this location, and be Sure to say hi to Teejay!"
