"Everything about this property worked great for our stay. Staff and facilities were excellent. Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. "I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. "This is by far the BEST hotel we have stayed in so far! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tubs and saunas were clean. The hotel instantly smells delightful when you walk in, and the food is lovely. If we were not moving around the island we would just stay here every night! "

"I arrived early and my room was still occupied. The wonderful woman at the desk offered me breakfast, put my bags in storage, and gave me a map along with suggestions. I went out for the day and my bags were in my room when I arrived back to check in. The people here are very nice and helpful! My room was modern and clean. It was very quiet , even during the day. "The rooms and hotel were very clean. Easy to navigate and hotel was very communicative through email. The reception is off site so you will not have a love staff but we had zero problems. Parking for the hotel/in the hotel is around a few spaces (10 or so) and if there’s no parking, you can park right alongside the hotel. Great breakfast in the AM and beer and games at night in the lobby/food area."
