"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "
"I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. "Fisherman's Village is a unique and scenic place to stay just a few minutes out of the city of Reykjavic. We arrived at sunset and it was beautiful. The rooftop hot tub and wild horses on the property were a bonus. We checked in and ate at the Viking Village, (about 10-15 minutes away) but they will provide your unit number via email once payment is received. Would definitely recommend."
"Very nice property that was easy to access from the highway. Local food markets and bistro/bar are right there. Access to the gym facilities next store with sauna and hot tub is part of your stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the local activities! Definitely would stay there again on our next trip!"
