"Room was clean, staff was excellent. The young man with room service crew, told me in the hallway, if I need anything to let him know. The food was excellent."

"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."

"I loved loved loved this hotel. Nothing but freshness in the air. Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are amazing for a peaceful walk. Staff on point. Room cleaned to perfection. Will definitely stay again."

"The hotel is very nice. The room was excellent and very spacious. The downsides: the doors are on the heavier side, so each time someones door closed, it sounded like more of a slam. And even being in the bed with the bedroom door closed I could still hear doors slamming all night. The guests directly above me were literally running thru their space and woke me out of my sleep at 3am. I contacted the front desk and asked if he could call and ask them to keep it down. "I would satay again. We came in for the Roots Picnic. It will say place was clean. We chose this property to experience some of Philly’s roots! There were minor issues like only having only having one set of towel and washcloths. The room has some upgrades but you can tell they were put up poorly, the toilet roll hanger would not hold the toilet tissue. The shower needed a better scrub and there was now where to place the toiletries in the shower. The electrical sockets. Needed Atleast one by...

"The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best."

"Property is somewhat old. Our room has paint pealing from the ceiling. Also bed seemed to be broken. We also had white dust all over our room I’m guessing from the ac unit. The hotel did come and vacuum the ac unit. However it took sometime for them to clean the room."
