"I would satay again. We came in for the Roots Picnic. It will say place was clean. We chose this property to experience some of Philly’s roots! There were minor issues like only having only having one set of towel and washcloths. The room has some upgrades but you can tell they were put up poorly, the toilet roll hanger would not hold the toilet tissue. The shower needed a better scrub and there was now where to place the toiletries in the shower. The electrical sockets. Needed Atleast one by...

"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not...

"Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!"
