The front desk was very helpful and checking in was easy same as checking out. The bed and sheets were comfortable. My room was very nice and the shower and water temperature were great. I plan to stay here when I come back to Philadelphia for work

Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. Happy hour with Michele who worked circles around the bar and restaurant managed to keep that place humming. Will be making another overnight soon and will definitely be booking at the Courtyard.

Well situated with good connections to other areas of Philadelphia. The parking is welcome but the fee ($15 a night) is too high. The restaurant offers (expensive) but good appetizers. The drinks made by Michele, the bar tender, are also excellent. In room 315 the barn door which gives access to the bathroom needs attention, the rail need to be oiled (10W40) to make it more manageable.

You have to pay $15 to park in an unsecured parking lot per night. Although I felt safe and the room that I stayed in was clean, the console and desk chair was scratched, tattered and raggedy. Staff was amazing though
