"This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. "When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

"Overall, the hotel is dirty, smelly and run down. The gentlemen on duty was very nice, and told us he put us on the 3rd floor as it had been recently renovated. It did not look like it. We checked in, put our bags in the room and went to eat. When we went back to the room, we saw that the sheets appeared stained. We went downstairs, told the man on duty we were checking out and why. He said he would let the manager know (we receivedno refund). We had to pay for another hotel, as well as an Uber...
