"Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooftop bar was great, be mindful it’s not open in the evenings. The check-in was smooth and efficient and everything was explained well. The hotel offers free coffee to guests but there is a coffee shop in the reception for pastries and speciality coffees. "

"Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Felt like we were coming home each night. With 3 in our party, we were able to stay in one room, because of pullout sofa. Very, very quiet, no street noise, even though we were only on the third floor. We'll definitely return to this hotel the next time in NYC. Only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the pullout sofa."

"It's a clean hotel in a good location. My own fault for not paying more attention to the "cozy" adjective in some reviews - the rooms here are very small! Clean but probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I.e. the sink is a few feet from the bed and not separated by any sort of wall. The diner in the hotel is very convenient, with good simple food and fast service. "

"I had a very good stay at Pestana Hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, so it never felt inconvenient. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location—it made everything easily accessible and added a lot to the overall experience. I also really appreciated the coffee machine in the cafeteria; the coffee was excellent and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more...
