I highly recommend the Pestana. The staff was so kind and the accommodations were fantastic. The staff was so kind to my parents and me - thank you! The room was so clean and quiet. It was very comfortable. For folks staying at the Pestana: the location is ideal as it is a walk away from Grand Central.

Great location. Super friendly staff that was always there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. Rooms and the rest of the hotel were all very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but typical for NYC. If you’re expecting a bigger room you should also expect that you’re paying much more.

Very clean. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but that’s to be expected in New York. The one thing I thought needed a bit of attention were the amenities. No tissues in the room, for example. For the cost you’d think tissues wouldn’t be that big of a deal to provide.

This was my second stay here. The staff is wonderful, and while small, the rooms are excellent and clean. I love the 24-hour access to filtered water and coffee/espresso as well. This is my go-to for business stays in Murray Hill.
