"Excellent hotel in great location with spectacular views. We were allowed an early check in at 9:30am with no extra cost. Our standard room on 10th floor had good views of the city, very spacious and clean. There was a special filter drinking water tap in the bathroom which was very handy. You can pay extra for Merdeka tower view rooms on the opposite side or you can enjoy the views from 7th floor pool and bar area. In the evening you can see the KL tower, Petronas twin tower and the tallest Merdeka tower all in one frame glittering with lights along with the chinatown. Breakfast buffet on level 8 was exceptional with variety of items, continental, Chinese, Indian, traditional Malaysian, spoilt with choice. There are live counters, freshly made juices, plenty of seating indoor and on balcony. Plenty of eating options around in Cinatown, mrt station is 5-7min walk for public transport, central market & petaling street market is close by for shopping. We loved the fresh lemon water supply by the swimming pool and the innovative mocktails at the reception area. We had 3 luggages, grab ride to and from the airport was cheaper than the train and convenient. The complimentary wifi connection was good."
