"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again. "

"Beautiful condo and we can see the fireworks close and hear on our patio. Walking distance to the cable car and restaurants. Check-in office was a a bit harder to find but we managed to ask one of the building security guards. Overall well worth to stay at this place."

"是公寓式酒店管理，到大堂管理員會call Agent 到來協助check-in，Rossie好熱誠帶我們上房，為我們安排15樓，房間同照片一樣，景觀很好…正正對着接吻橋，晚上可以全天候欣賞煙花，房間也很整潔，床舖也很舒適，如有什麼問題也可以用WhatsApp對話，非常方便。。步下行10分可到達纜車站及小鎮食肆，按摩店夜市等。下次再來也會再入住。"

"Good location, spacious room for family of 4 adult, clean but housekeepers forgot to put the towers. Need to requests and instantly they deliver to the room. Friendly day time receptionist. 2nd night of our stayed, my whole family of four got frightened as the room door was opened by someone from outside. Then I saw the night duty receptionist opened our room door using the master key. When query, he said open the door to shows the room to new guest. I sound him, that he should knock the door...

"A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal."
