Nous avons eu des problèmes d’air climatisé au 2e étage et ils n’ont jamais réussi à le faire fonctionner comme il faut. Pourtant au 1er étage tout marchait bien. On a eu un plateau de fruits en compensation !"

"The staff is very helpful, however the whole place is a little scammy. They charge you a high price for everything but say "big discount." There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. It's located about 20 minutes to an hour away from anything to do. The owner is very nice and helpful. Beware he will make plans with you and set a price, but will change it the next day right before you go. He will have a friend take you a raise the price a little. All that being said, I think every place around there operates like that. It is communism after all."

"From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information. They’re quick to answer and meet our needs except for the last day during checkout. It could be bc of the internet connect wasn’t good that day and they seemed busy. Thank you for the great stay."
