The room is very comfortable and staff were very attentive. The view is spectacular, both from our room/balcony and the rooftop pool. So nice waking up every morning looking at the ocean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious and clean room with modern furnishings. Amazing location, walkable to everything in sunset town. Having the ocean view room with the balcony, where we can see the fireworks everynight was a winner. The pool at the top of the building gave us an amazing view of the whole town. One of the best places that we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Easy to check in and out. The gym is big here. There are eateries nearby. Grab is cheap too. The only setback for us is the water pressure in the bathroom is too small. And the water in the bath sink takes along time to drain away.

The accommodation is in great location with walking distance to the kiss bridge and the night market The room is very clean and tidy. The rooftop swimming pool offers great views of the whole sunset town as well as the fireworks every night. The location is convenient for booking local tours to the south island as well as island hopping tour and snorkeling and other activities. Thanks for great customer service during our 3 nights stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The check in desk was hard to find. The room booked and the room received was different but as there were no other rooms available, we were stuck with a different view. The pool was out of order so didn't get to use facilities like we wanted when we booked. The housekeeping was not good. They took every single towel, hand towel and bath mat and only left clean towels. No hand towels and no bath mats. I had to go to reception to get some daily.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Aussicht war super. Leider waren einige Möbel kaputt wie z.B ein Stuhl im Essbereich und einer auf dem Balkon. In dem Stuhl aux dem Balkon war ein großes Loch. Zudem kamen die Zimmermädchen immef erst um ca. 17Uhr. Sie haben auch nicht wirklich aufgeräumt nur Handtücher gerauscht und Wasser nachgegüllt bis dahin hatten wir keine Handtücher zum Duschen, da wir gue vorhandenen Handtücher auch für den Pool nutzen mussten.

サンセットタウンに近く、キスブリッジのショーや花火を楽しみやすいです！ 坂の上にあるので徒歩で出かけるのは難しいですが、Grabタクシーも迎えに来てくれるので問題ないです！ 付近のレストランは観光地価格の所が多そうであったため、もっと南部の地元の方が集まるレストランへ行くこともお勧めします。 ここのスタッフの対応は総じて良いです。英語はあまり通じませんでしたが、翻訳機があれば十分です！
