"Description does not match at all the actual property. This is a cheap hotel with small individual rooms. Had to cancel my stay immediately upon checking in and move to another villa. Would be OK as a hostel or for an individual or couple that doesn't mind roughing it, but avoid if you are traveling as a family or group. Beach is also under construction and no restaurants in the vicinity are open so have to drive 20 minutes to get anything."

"This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. You could sit relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beauty of the town, bridge, cable car, fishing boats, lights show, fireworks, and sunsets."

"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. "From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour. "

"The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Courtesy buses to everywhere were provided free of charge. A superb pool, nice bars and a great beach."

"I utilized my own villa pool.. It was comfortable,clean,bright and spacious. Breakfast was great.. They have a great selection of food .. I enjoyed the happy hour and their ala carte menu. Taste and presentations of the cocktails and food were excellent. Friendly and courteous staffs. Always proactive and served with great smiles. Makes me feel welcoming. I enjoyed the promotion for spa. Room was clean and massage was to my liking. Went back everyday for the duration of my stay.. Would definitely love to go back again someday."
