I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. Will say here again during my next visit."
