"Waren jetzt schon öfters dort. Saubere Zimmer, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ausreichend. Gibt allerdings nichts aus Vollkorn.
Nur leider hatten wir dieses Mal 2 ZIMMER Big Ben View in zwei verschiedene Stockwerke.
Super Zentrale Lage. Underground in Fussnähe. Westminster oder Waterloo. Man kommt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß überall hin."

"The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. "Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room.

"Brit Hotel was an excellent choice to stay near Earls Court. Very clean hotel, our room was a good size and comfortable for 2 people. The hotel has complimentary tea and coffee as well as still and sparkling water. We had a small fridge for snacks in our room. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the Underground was 7 min away. We would definitely come back!"

"Came to express a deep gratitude for Grazina and Kevin at the Hoxton. Grazina is an absolute angel and Kevin is such a caring sweetheart. I would return just for them. "Property is wonderful, great location, great amenities. Staff is a bit standoffish — we arrived early and instead of being welcoming they let us know we were early and were a bit militant in what we could do and where to leave our luggage.
