"Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us."

The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better.
