"Lovely staff, great room and good breakfast "

"Tim was wonderful, couldn't do enough to help and gave excellent advice for places to eat. His communication was very quick. The apartment was very clean and close to the tram stop."

"Lovely owners, lovely room, great breakfast (wide cereal selection & cooked option). The bedroom and bathroom were both so spacious and there was a large amount of storage space. Very clean. Nice location. We would have stayed longer if we had time."

"For the price we paid I can’t complain at all, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was all though a little dated was kept clean and the beds comfortable. Our breakfast was included in the price and had everything for all tastes. The only thing that let it down was the swimming pool looking like it needs an update as tiles looking old and off coloured. All in all a place we all said we would go and will be going back too."

"Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool."

"FILTHY. DISGUSTING. Nothing had been cleaned in the room, bed slept in and just pulled over. Toilet full of faeces and urine. Coffee cups stained. Shameful."

"We had a refurbished room which was pleasant but there was a lot of direct behind the bedside cupboard. The check in was very very slow. 2 staff on check in one of which was her first day. "

"Bathroom was a bit small , the toilet was squeezed in beside the bath with not much room, shower leaked and bath plug did not work"

"Its a beautiful place and the staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help, room was clean and the breakfast gave different many breakfast choices to choose from. Great initiative from staff despite the high temperature they ensured there was always ice cubes available for the rooms and offered free ice cream during the day. Very close proximity to the sea, town and other places of interest."
