"Got pay at the property, reception didn't grant my wishes cash on check-in. Just said it's paid for now so can't alter pay by cash at reception. I was very unhappy about it especially £50 per night refundable for room incident charge."

"We were allowed to book in a little early and to use the small car park at the rear, so a great start. This flexibility was much appreciated. The premises were extremely clean and beautifully presented for Christmas. We had an excellent breakfast. Our only concern was that the lock to our bedroom door (no 11) was very difficult to open. Having puffed our way to the third floor this is the last thing we needed!"
