"Hotel location is excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station (ignore Google Maps!!). Staff were first class and very welcoming. Hotel is excellent throughout. Breakfast was top class, so much choice and excellent quality. My only gripe was the prices of the drinks at the bar (which is common in hotels). £24 for 2 cocktails and £8 a pint. Would definitely come back again."

"We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful.
