"Took 3 times before they gave me the correct key to my room. First time wrong key, second time wrong room as it had yet to be cleaned. 3rd time they got it Right. They overcharged my credit card so trying to get that sorted out. "

"I have to correct myself as I complained about no plug in for electronics which I did find later by the desk area…BUT…difficult to get plug in access by the bed as I had a heating pad that I NEEDED to use while sleep. Otherwise…a very friendly hotel…housekeeping, LOVELY!"

"Very disappointing stay — not 5-star quality. The hotel looks nice and the bed is comfortable, but the 1-bedroom design is poorly thought out. There is no proper bathroom door, so odors easily spread into the room. The shower is dangerously slippery with no grab bars, which is a real safety concern for families and elderly guests. I asked for an anti-slip mat, and they didn’t have one. I do appreciate the staff member who tried to help by bringing kitchen mats, but this is not an acceptable...

"This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...
