"Our 4 night family stay was good. Room was comfortable and clean. We were able to get secure bike storage though when I called to enquire, staff were not consistently familiar with storing bikes. Staff service was mixed, for the most part was good, most staff friendly and welcoming. Staff by phone were mixed in knowledge. Number of staff available varied for check in and out - could be improved when a line forms. Would stay again."
