"Older & very cool up-side-down boat houses. The first 7 units are near roadside, face ocean & are very quiet (baring any possible noise from neighbor guests). Others are behind front units, in back on lower-rear road. Dont believe the Hot-Tub images you see on some Internet postings, showing a hot-tub in front of units facing ocean....they dont exist. "My overall visit was good.What I found that will prevent me from singing at this particular location is that it was very noisy. The windows seemed.Maybe they were not doubled for noise reduction, lots of traffic noise. You felt like you were literally sleeping in the middle of the highway from 5am "
