"We will never stay there again!!! No where on there page stated no dogs we arrived and saw dog stations then 2 days later ask to leave I’m handicap my dog is blind and not well "

"The rm was dirty , the bathroom was horrible. There was no handle to turn on the water in the tub. The sheets were dirty, the smoke detectors was off. It smelled of smoke. There were homeless people walking around. We saw Street walkers coming in and out of the hotel. It’s not safe if you don’t live that kinda lifestyle. I have pictures of it. "

"i wasnt able to go and i tried to cancel but i couldnt so i payed to not stay there. im greatl irritated by this and will write negative reviews on all review sites about the horrible cancellation policy...greedy people"

"Roam was very clean and loved that they take off every sheet including the mattress cover when cleaning the roams for the next guest. I didn’t like that it said every 3 days they would have someone clean the room, we were there for 4 days and no one came to clean anything "
