"This was an awesome hotel! The room was very clean/cute and the bed was 10/10, so comfy! I loved the nice touch with a free drink and even oversized robes in the room! The lobby was very inviting with cookies to grab as you wander by, and dog treats if you have a furry friend. The breakfast was actually so good that we had it twice! Parking was easy but it is tight if you are in an SUV or bigger. The location was perfect; 5 min to the Seattle center! Lots of food options nearby as well and a CVS...

"Absolutely outstanding service and the staff got me checked in quickly while being very friendly when they found out I was in a hurry. Food and room service was great, I just wish the breakfast didn't end so early on weekdays."

"Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We didn’t bother calling the front desk for service because we were out sightseeing all day. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent customer service. Our room was right next to the freeway and bus depot. It was very loud at night and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep."

"Need to be updated with new furniture and lighting. Bathroom was old need new shower heads and new backsplash wall. Our room had holes in the backsplash for the shower. Need new rugs as well."

"The breakfast was good for families with children. The TVs in our room didn’t work, and when we asked the staff about it they were not accommodating, even when we asked to switch rooms since we’d be there multiple nights. The internet connection was very poor the entire stay also."
