"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large. Would stay again. "
