Hotel di Pantai de las Américas

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Excellent 6 night stay for Starmus festival! There are surprisingly few parking spaces for a hotel of this size, but we had no problem and staff would readily sort spaces for guests where mone were evident."

"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio. Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank. Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"

All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."

"Het was gewoon prima."
