"The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay. The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved. That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. "Nice apartment hotel. Large room, efficient kitchenette. Well located in Brisbane CBD, easy access to the citycat ferries and the train station. Grocery store not too far away to stock up. The property houses of the best restaurant in Brisbane. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again."

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"The room was worn but very clean and comfortable, with lots of room to spread out. It is in a central location that is convenient for access to buses and about a 10-minute walk to the ferry and train station. There are several grocery stores nearby, plus a pharmacy and a lot of other food and shopping options.
