"This was a great hotel to rest before an international flight. The staff were friendly, the restaurant on site was excellent, and the room was great. The only unusual feature was the shower drain (I didn't expect it to be outside of the shower and actually IN the common area of the bathroom by the sink)."

"The air conditioner didn't work for about 5 hours. The shower drain was blocked and there wasn't enough drainage, making the whole shower a slip and trip risk. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shampoo / conditioner, bodywash / handwash had a strange, mouldy smell. One room service Chocolate Milkshake cost $26. They charge like they are 5 stars, but the Junior Suite (which was supposed to be one of the nicer rooms) was not pleasant. Parking was a problem. The secure parking left many people "parked in", as guests parked in non-parking areas. The pool is accessible via a driveway, so you have to walk through a car park to get to it - not ideal for couples, singles or families. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the Roof Top Bar had lovely views (if a limited menu). My advice is to visit the Roof Top Bar for drinks or a meal, but skip staying here."
