"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean. There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next."

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection."

There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. "The unit was clean, and nice and in the right spot for us .but we had to go buy a new doona as the doona that was supplied had blood and stains all over it. It was too disgusting to sleep underneath it."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this). Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away.
