"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions.
