"The property was located inside a shopping mall. There were so many different choices of restaurants that you really never needed to leave the building. There was even a grocery store. Also, there were several floors containing many different kinds of goods for sale."

"Walking distance to old George Town. Also very close to high street malls. Breakfast amenities were good with a wide selection. Had dinner one night due to late arrival and this was fine also. Cleaning staff were prompt and efficient. The hotel is also easily accessible to the hills and the Temples by Grab taxi. Would recommend for sure. If there was one downside was that the pillows were too hard. Would recommend one soft pillow and one hard pillow."

"Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly 😃"

"Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"
